My three months at WA, not a productive month
I have been a WA member for three months now. So, it is the time to review what I have achieved and what I have failed so far.
The third month at WA was not a productive one. Because I had to focus on my German A1 exam, which was on 17 - 18/7/2016, and other private matters. So, I spent far less time on my site and WA when compared to the first two months. I publish fewer articles and one product review is still not yet finished. I still didn't finish the getting started course. Sigh.
However, I am free now! Because I just resigned my full time job on 20/7/2016 and I will have my vacation until the third week of August. Then, I will start to search for a job related to health promotion. So, I can now spend more time on my site and WA. I already have my own plan and schedule for this vacation. I will try to publish two to three articles per week and finish the getting started course before the end of August!
Here is my updated plan:
1 month goal
- Finish whole Online Entrepreneur Certification and all the tasks
- Publish two to three articles per week
- Obtain Google Analytic Certificate
- Obtain Google Adword Certificate
- Get around 10 visits per day
- Pay more effeort on list creation like giving free e-book away to subscriebers (You have my thanks, jrmcd1)
3 month goal
- Make a brand on my blog
- Earn at least USD$ 1 from affiliate marketing
- Accepted by Google Adsense
- My pinterst, Google+, twitter and facebook page have at least 300 followers
- Get around 30 visits per day
6 month goal
- Publish three posts or pages every week
- Start becoming popular in my niche
- 500 visits per month on my blog
- My pinterst, Google+, twitter and facebook page have at least 500 followers
- At least one of the posts are ranked on first page on Google
- Earn around USD$ 50
1 year goal
- Finish Chinese version of my stress relief blog
- My pinterst, Google+, twitter and facebook page have at least 1000 followers
- Some posts are ranked the first on the first page on Google
- Get 300 traffic every day
- Earn around USD$ 1000 per month
Long term goal
- I have to rethink and refine my original long term goal. I tend to create a business which aims to teach how to make use of internet or digital marketing in health promotion or aims to help others to promote anything related to health via internet marketing or digital marketing. I may also scale up my stress relief site from affiliate marketing to E- commence. I still have to think about these.

Hi Anthony, you have a really good plan, affiliate marketing is a tough business and really difficult if you do not have a list.
List building should be a high priority if you are to succeed on the internet.
To build a list you are best to have a product of your own that you can offer people in exchange for their email address, as you may know it is more complex than people think.

Thank you for your suggestion! I will put more effort on the list creation. Currently, I have email subscription function on my site but I never pay any attention on this. I will make this as my first priority in my plan.
