Long day - journeying out of hell
So, I'm here because if I don't get some income soon I'm likely to go over the edge.
I've been living this way now for nearly 3 years. On my nerves. Waiting for my divorce settlement. Waiting for the part where life gets peaceful. 'Yeah right'.
So having sold nearly everything in the house to survive (long, long story - discovered I'm really good at selling stuff though) I began today looking at proofreading courses to generate some stable income, and was just about ready to part with nearly 500 dollars. when I found a link via Jay to here.
Now, I'm not in this to make milions (chance would be a fine thing). I just want to pay my bills and not be reliant on my exes ever-changing mood to decide whether we eat this month or not. Basically, I just want to be financially independent.
I've previously looked at all sorts of home working, Childcare is an issue for me. In Spain school is out for 12 weeks in summer. yes 12 long weeks! So I need something flexibile. I've looked ay online course creation, drop shipping, freelance admin support. I currently teach English online and see therapy clients remotely. But what I really want to do is write.
So, hey presto! with this I get to sell, write content about what I know and stay in touch with my profession and get to help folk along the way.
It ticks all my boxes and better than that its success is in my hands. :)
