Dealing With Family While Striving To Accomplish
Working Hard To Get It Done
Have you ever been in this situation, where you have a family member who say's they believe in what your doing and they want to you to succeed? Well I live in a crazy world where my neighbor is my mother-In-law and she is a loving wonderful friend but, when I'm here at the Wealthy Affiliate site she comes every hour and wants me to take a break. I can't seem to get enough done in my day.
This women while were sitting out side does not have a positive attitude in life. She is constantly complaining about what she is going through in her daily life. Mind you, she has health issues and she uses them for excuses for not achieving or doing more and she's only a few years older than I. Don't get me wrong, I really love this person but her negativity draws all the happy positive feeling out while I'm sitting there listening to the same conversations that I've heard since knowing her.
Wonderment goes through my mind wondering why a person would choose to constantley complain about someone else or about herself. A person would sit and tell me about their dreams and goals. Plus, the wonderful things that they want to do and accomplish but I always wonder when will you stop saying what can't happen and think positive and say "Yes I Can".
In A Weeks Time
You know, in a week I have 4 days to be with family yet still work on my dreams and the things that I want to get accomplished by 60 years of age. The other 3 days are spent with my lovely Carolyn, where I seem to get more done. My client can get the best of anyone but after 4 days with the other caregiver she just wants to be left alone.
This gives me time to go through my W.A courses and get more accomplished. Also, there is no negativity in my ear. I find that negativity can suck so much life out of you when your listening to it daily and I have for so many years of my life tried to get a list of things done while at home and being a part of Wealthy Affiliate.
Striving to make my mark in this world and leave behind a wonderful legacy for my family is my number one priority. Family drama can take ones positive drive to accomplish something way south and make you want to quit.
Positive Thinking No Matter What
After dealing with this for over two years, this is what I've decided today. I will look forward to my accomplishments here and even if I sit outside and listen to her for awhile, I will still get something done in that day and still be a friend to listen at the same time.
Learning that your postivity comes from what you do in a day, not what someone else does to make your mark in this world. My positivity starts at 5:00 am when all of a sudden the God in my life wants me to get up and start my day to accomplish something. I need to make better use of my time in the early moring before she comes outside and starts her day.
In that time, I could get a couple of courses reviewed and 2 articles together. One posted and the other proof-read for later posting. When I keep positive mindset, brain tells me how to accomplish what I need to do and give my friend what she needs at the same time. What I found after a while is that positivety is a choice. One must want to feel and be that way.
Also, one can't be forced to be positive. It's like a mind over matter type of deal, where your mind will only think what you tell it too. So words of the day for me are, Positive In and Positive out.

Living close to family members can be a pain sometimes,LOL!
But you have the right attitude and I believe with WA platform you will find the right tool to accomplish your goals. I am new myself and I have a husband who suffers from chronic pain, this influences his daily attitude and at times he can be very negative. But that motivates me even more! Even though it is hard to concentrate at times when you have a needy person on your side. Just take one step at a time!

The feeling is mutual and we will push each other to the top!
