My website/domain transfer from godaddy didn't work so I had to change the name servers back to godaddy....the WA FTP message is still on my site leaving me no access after 2 days.

Looks like you got it squared away...?

Hi! I actually ended up starting a different site and in the meantime godaddy was finally able to backup my original site to before I initially changed name servers. I appreciate you having taken the time to help me!!!!

do you have any other domain names in that account? If so Check the DNS A Record and copy it to your other one. If not, you could try this default... 127.0.0.1 or ask Godaddy what it is

Godaddy said that since I've changed name servers, WA would have the IP address now...this is my third day trying to get my website back :(

and I assume you've put in a support ticket with WA? What's the website address?

:) yes

What did they say?

"If you are no longer using WA DNS or set the records to point here, the page should not show up on your site and nothing can be done on this end to change it (this is possibly DNS or browser cache issue).

We don't see the WA page when we browsed the site from a proxy site."

But, clearly- it's still there (http://www.opencashvault.com).

Well, I can probably help you out, but I would need access to both. Let me know if you want me to take a look

Hi Anna,
Sometimes it can take up to 48 hrs for the DNS settings to fully propagate. Should be back to normal soon. What were the WA nameservers you entered?

It's a mess...godaddy couldn't find a problem either. So I've changed the nameservers back to WA (ns1.mywahosting.com ns2.(same))...now the IP address for my DNS A (host) (godaddy) is blank...I've installed FileZilla but since the IP address is blank it won't connect. I'm now trying to find the IP address that I'm supposed to use? (and trying not to throw my computer out of my window).
