Well I got the chance to spend the day with this guy today....Tony Robbins. WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I've been following Tony for over 12 years, reading his material and following his teachings. I know NLP or Life Coaching isn't everyone's cup of tea, I get it. Not everyone can relate to this as a necessary part of life, actually, some see it as a scam. For me, Tony's teachings or theories has pulled me through some very hard times. I feel that participating in NLP to look after our psychological self is the same as going to the doctor or physiotherapist or dentist to look after our physical self. Why is it ok to spend money on our physical well-being but we look down on spending money on our psychological well-being?
It's irrelevant to me what other people think about what I do to be honest. I left this seminar today feeling energised, empowered, focused, met some amazing like-minded people and ready to tackle my new little business head on!!!!!

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The below explains it a little better. I have participated in some of these programmes in the past and it's helped me a great deal.
"NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create. Thank you Susan! I found I'm much more focused now and have clarity in what I want. After I posted about my adventures on Linkedin, a long lost colleague got in touch with me and we caught up for lunch today. She is quite entrepreneurial and we shared so many business ideas!! She even is a member on WA!!! We will now stay in touch and network with others in our home town. This is what I love about social media and blogging, you never know where it's going to lead you!!
