Trying to stay focused and motivated.
Trying to stay focused on my mission to get my website visitors and making creative articles. I’ve been having trouble with my niche and having motivation to make new content. I’ve learned that this is just like school, you need to stay focused and make time for this business. I will be venturing out and creating a brand new website with a new niche. Thank you to Tim McKinlay, who has been my mentor through all this.

Sometimes it can be hard when we set out Anna, if you don't feel like you are in it for the long haul then it can be really productive to set up another niche, we have to have our hearts in it or it is an uphill battle.
If you have that passion then it is a whole lot easier to create content best wishes as you move forward.

It can be hard we all lead such busy and active lives, learning and doing online marketing is another thing we have to fit in.
I have found over time that by connecting through the day via a mobile device we can actually maximize our time and productivity, I also tote my laptop with me everywhere, it is surprising what twenty minutes here and there can achieve. just a matter of creating that routine and having goals that we are hoping to achieve. You will be good as gold just stick to it, the rewards are well worth it at the end of the day.

I like the idea of an infant swings niche. You can keep that domain and in the tag title add something like "infant swings, baby gear, and tips for new moms" or something like that. That would extend the scope of what you can write about on your site, as long as you keep info about baby swings too. Just a thought, since you already have the domain.
I don't believe motivation for a particular niche is the key to success. It helps but at the end of the day I have found that the act of doing the work even when we don't feel like it has a way of awakening, or re-awakening our motivation too. ~Jude
Thank you Jude, I really appreciate your help and ideas. You have given me a lot to think about of how I may change my website. I am realizing what you are saying is right, even though I may not feel like it, consistency and making time to work will get me results in the end.

Anna, you got it! Don't forget the initial excitement and enthusiasm you had for your niche. Usually our first instinct is the right one, even when we sometimes later get gloomy about it...lol :-)
