Well actually...you can.
If your anything like me, when you go to buy something on Amazon, you'll read the reviews to see what people think of the product. And if several of them have a similar opinion about something, you're likely to believe their opinion and either buy or not buy based on what they say right?
I know that's what I typically do.
Well, if you put your marketing cap on, the same reviews you read to make a purchasing decision could be the reviews you read to make a money making decision.
For instance, if several customers have the same bad experience with a product, you can introduce them to a product that is effective in that area.
Or if you find that several readers like the same thing about a product you're competing with, you better make sure your product can at least do the same thing if you want to have a shot.
Customer feedback on Amazon or any other site that posts feedback, is a great way to talk to your target market and find out exactly what they want and need to solve their problems or make their wishes come true.
