Kyle and Carson are huge manipulators in persuading me to upgrade into Premium too soon. I am been taken advantaged of, esp with the massive amounts / volumes of SALES, MARKETI
Hi Angelayo,
I believe the refund was never an option (at least officially). There was a monthly payment option if you wanted to try the platform completely. In fact, the first month is just $19.
In ideal scenario, if you had taken that option, at max you would have lost $19.
Please don't get me wrong. Now that you have anyway paid for yearly, why not spend some time on this platform and see where it takes you?
You may try to recover your money in the following ways.
1. Explore affiliate marketing the slow way by writing at least 15 posts monthly, performing SEO, and see where it takes. Who knows you may have money-making website in one year.
2. You can make 10 websites. See if you can offer other 9 websites to your friends who wanted to make their own websites. Usually, the cheapest hosting is $200/year. Considering you have the best hosting you may at least earn $300 per website. That's $2700. Even if you earn $1500, that's 3 years of WA yearly payment.
I believe you should get the refund if kyle himself has agreed to it but if not, you can try these options.
All the best.
Refund premium yearly (11 month) unused portion?

Hi - I am surprised that you have actually been offered a refund, as this doesn't usually happen as per the terms and conditions of this platform. You were not obliged to take the yearly deal, you could have paid monthly.
"no credits or refunds will be issued to you for prepaid fees"

I will like to refund and speak with Kyle/Carson the process + complexities.
There isn't an option for a refund according to the terms of services
https://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/terms/
Try sending a private message to Kyle OR Carson or use the form at
https://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/contact
It says: "If you subscribed to a yearly plan, any cancellation will only be effective at the end of the then-current annual billing period and no credits or refunds will be issued to you for prepaid fees." Please explain clearly
If you paid for a yearly plan in January 2020 then the cancellation of your membership will be effective at the end of that plan (January 2021). No pro-rata refunds will be issued and you'll continue to be a premium member until your plan expires.

Is my yearly premium membership refundable?
Hi - there are no refunds as per the terms and conditions of this platform. If there are exceptional circumstances, you may wish to contact Kyle.
I believe not. You were given the option to try out the platform for 7 days and the first month at $19. Once you continue after that it means you are satisfied with the platform. But still try sending a direct message to Kyle and site support.

I still have my original Bluehost domain, but it is not working (there is an error). How I can reactivate it?
May I know what the error is?
You have three possible scenarios:
1) Transfer your domain name from your current registrar to WA Transferring Your Domains to WA - It's Now Possible! 2) Switch your hosting provider to WA: WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS 3) Move your site to WA: Move a Website Tom
Yesterday called Bluehost and refunded everything except for the domain. Now, it is not my hosting plan so I can't access the original version I created with Bluehost. But I stored some contents under Google Docs.
My webpage, angela-yao.com, says "This site can't be reached". How can the link work under WA?
When did you purchase your domain name? Please keep in mind the following:
“Your registrar may deny a transfer request if the domain name is within 60 days of initial registration.”
https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/name-holder-faqs-2017-10-10-en
Since you don’t have your site hosted on any hosting provider, you are getting that error. In order to host your site on WA, follow instructions from the following links: https://my.bluehost.com/hosting/help/transfer_client_start WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS Tom
