how do I change my profile picture on my site?

Need help! I want to change my profile picture so the photo will show up under author and in my profile. The email I am using gravatar is the same email that I am using for the site. But the picture does not show up on the site. Please help me.

I done all that with my other site. But on my http://memoriespastandpresent.com site I would like to use my profile picture that is displayed on this site. I would like to use this picture to show up under author when posting and when I reply to comments but it doesn't show the picture. I am using the email associated with that site it still doesn't show. How do I get the picture to show up under author and when you respond to comments?
Do you have more than one email address?
I had to change and add a couple of different email address's to make mine work
