2 or 3 times a week would be fine. You must be willing to give yourself time to succeed though.
I WILL DO THAT BECAUSE ONCE I CAN GENERAL 80% OF MY CURRENT SALARY OF $800 PER MONTH FOR THREE MONTH, THEN I WILL QUIT THE JOB AND PUT MORE TIME HERE

Search for the First Draft Content Generator. It's software for writers that was written *by* a writer.
Let me help you get started.
Think of a topic that you like.
Then write 3 or more subheadings about the topic. For example your topic is fishtanks.
Fishtank types
How to clean a fishtank
Cleaning materials for fish tanks
Etc.
I think you get my point :-)
Then you can start writing starting with each subtopic.
Hope this helps.
Not really but you should aim for about 300-500 words minimum for a good SEO worthy article. That may sound a lot, but it's really not difficult to achieve.
That is one of the biggest challenges for new people to overcome, but you can become an effective writer with practice.
