Hi Andrew : ) I'm a graphics person : ) Maybe you have seen the banners here at WA that you can use under the WA Affiliate Program. If there's nothing that you like there, it's quite easy to design one of your own. You will need a PC/Laptop and a basic knowledge on how to use 'Word' or another type of word processing software. You can highlight this information and save it to print off if it's easier to follow.

If you have a 'Word' program/software on your computer, create a new document in word:

1)Type in your text - 'Earn while you Learn' - for example. Save it to your desktop.
2)Go to your profile here on WA. On the left hand side click on 'WA Affiliate Program'. At the top of that page you will see your own WA link reference number.
3) Highlight this link by double clicking in the box. Copy this link by holding down the CTRL and 'C' keys together on your PC.
4) Go back and open your new document that you saved to your desk top.
5) Click on your document where you want to place your WA link. Hold down your CTRL and V keys together. Your link should now be on your document with your text 'Earn as You Learn'
6) Highlight all of your document by holding down the keys CTRL and A together. All of the text will highlight.
7) Copy this text by holding down the CTRL and C keys together.
8) Go to your page on your website where you want to advertise the WA banner. Click where you want to paste it.
9) Hold down the keys CTRL and V together. The whole thing should now be pasted onto your post .

You have now designed and placed your very own banner onto your website, but It's very basic. If you're brave enough, you can play around with the whole design in word before copying it onto your website. If you're not able to do this for whatever reason, you might want to take another look at the banners offered here at WA and add one of the designs...better to have one of those than nothing.

As to whether or not it's permissible here at WA to use your own design, you need to place it as a question in the appropriate classroom. I've just placed the question so will let you know what the answer is when I get it. You may still want to ask as well...
