I am 50 and sick of the day to day grind and want to have a better lifestyle for myself and my family. I am a signwriter and business manager with over 25 years of business experience in various industries, from the computer industry, to hospitality and I am also a electrician by trade.

I have a passion for the Health and Wellnes industry and visit the gym weekly, go for a run etc on a weekly basis. Healthy body healty mind and all that. I love my industry (making signs) and like to keep up the latest advances in technology.

I have an huge interest and belief in the Self Help industry and love to listen and implement what I have leaned on a daily basis. I also love to help people make a positive change in there lives where I can.

Fishing is one of my passions but I don't do it nearly enough. I love meeting motivated people leaving the dream. I am looking for a lifestyle change - work form home, make a great income part time so I can spend quality time with awesome wife and children. Would love to pass on some of my life experiences and help other people become successful along the way.

1. To replace my wife & my income and support my family I what to make $10,000/mth
2. Ultimate goal $25,000/mth. Then I could give some money to charity and help my Mum and dad and my wife's Mum and Dad.
3. 10-15 hours per week to start. As I earn more I would be able to put more work in.
4. I would like to do this in 12-18 months.

Andrew, I see you are making some good progress through the Affiliate Bootcamp. Just wanted to pop by and see if you need a hand with anything?

Hello, Andrew, thanks for following me back.
I know you've been to my website and probably know that I believe in daily exercise with a minimum of walking 30 minutes every day. In addition, there needs to be some resistance training to help build and retain muscle mass.

The best resistance training I know is "Burst Training" and is the subject of my latest article on my website. I've been following it myself for over two years and I haven't been in a gym in over six years.

You should give "Burst Training" a try and only workout 10 minutes three times a week and get a lot more benefit than going to the gym once a week.

Hi Phil, that for getting back to me.

I used to do a lot of running over 100klms a month when I started to get runners knees. I made a change to the gym and now train 5 times a week, 3 days resistance burst, 2 days cardio - Bike, Rope, Concept 20 rowing. I also have daily supplements I take eg Amino Acid, Protein + Recover AI - An anti-inflammatory & Replenex™ —Extra Strength Glucosamine.

I have never felt better. Everything is feeling great - joints, no soreness etc. I have managed over the last month to increase my resistance weights by 30%. I don't do this to lose weight, want to build lean muscle. Just like to be fit and healthy. I also eat very little dairy or bread. Trying to get lactose & gluten out of my diet.

I think I will get back to running now as I have done a lot to build up the muscles in my knees. Healthy body, healthy mind and all that.
