Hi everyone , I'v not been doing much training lately which is frustrating but I'v been struggling to get my site the way I want it at this stage , I'v been trying to get my own image onto the slider on my home page and after much head scratching I have managed to achieve it........."Hora". I know there is room for more improvements but that will come as my confidence and knowledge improves but at this stage of my training I am happy. Overall I like the colour scheme and the theme and your content, of course. Makes me feel a little unfit.
However my comments
1. I think you should have your domain Name "PedalTrek" as the heading on your blog and not "Benefits of Cycling"
2. I think the Segoe UI italic font for your paragraph content is a little hard on the eye's. I would make it plain and not italic to improve readability.
3. I would increase the size of your tagline "two heals on two wheels"
4. I would remove the Meta widget from your sidebar.
I mention the above, but I do not know what limitations you have with the exclusive theme.
These are just my opinions but overall I think you have made a pretty good start.
It is always difficult to begin with as one has a tendency to spend ages tweaking website designs it takes time to know when to stop and discover that everything is really just fine.

Thank you Dave for your constructive criticism, I only changed the the style of my text because I was worried it was a bit light , I'm not sure what you mean by the meta widget sorry that's my inexperience but I take on board your comments and very much appreciate them.

The meta widget is the box in the bottom right of your sidebar.
You do not need it there unless you are planning on letting visitors login to your site. Wordpress includes it there by default.
You can remove it by dragging the "Meta" widget OUTof your sidebar.
I attach a mock up from my sites backend so you won't have the Genesis stuff. Also a copy of YOUR meta widget at the bottom for reference

I have removed the meta widget many thanks for the tip , I was having trouble with changing the tagline so i just put it in higher case and i have changed Title to PedalTrek. Thanks again

Not sure if you've had the domain name Pedaltrek for long but I quite like it. I keep coming up with logo ideas to go under the title now. Trouble is it's not my site and I can't draw anyway ; ).
