Site feedback.
Good morning. Once again I am disappointed that I have spent credits on 'site feedback' in the hopes of receiving some well thought out constructive advice regarding any and all aspects of my website. I really hoped that I would be able to make improvements based on comments from experienced members that would benefit the visitors to my site and then of course translate into dollars earned for me.
However, I have spent my hard-earned credits to receive a couple of lines of feedback from several sources that tell me that my site is 'nice' and state a couple of obvious things like I should continue to build up content!
Does anyone else have an issue with this?
Is there any solution where we can request feedback from some more senior members who can actually help us with constructive criticism?
Or am I just being unrealistic in my expectations?
Wishing everyone a fantastic day :-)

Hi, Andrew. I know exactly what you're talking about. I posted the same complaint. I found that nobody was going to my website, even though I had done several feedbacks for others. I just gave up! I agree it's a big disappointment, and unfortunately this is one negative side to this institution.
Thanks for posting.
Maybe the issue is that, as you said, you are only getting feedback from newbies.
Or, it could be, that your site looks a lot better than the person giving you feedback - so, they really can't give you any truly helpful advice.
Maybe, it would behoove you to email your WA mentor - the person through whom you originally signed up as a WA member.
Just a thought...
Jim
Hi Jim. I think you may be right on the first two counts.
Regarding my mentor.....Apart from the standard emails to get me to go premium, I have not heard from him, even when I did reach out and request some help!
Cheers mate
If your mentor didn't respond, then, I would give them one more chance to respond to your needs - and, then I would contact the WA "powers that be" and explain the situation.
I'm sure that will bring your mentor out of the woodwork - or, at least get you a substitute mentor.
Worth a try.

Thanks for the idea, Jim. I'll leave it for now as I'm really busy but will look into it when I have time.
Cheers
For those of you who don't know, Laura is an angel in disguise!
Many thanks for your feedback and I will be replying to you as soon as I have some more time available.
Kindest regards,
Andrew

Hi Andrew I have given feedback for your blogs and sorry it did not meet your expectations but I was under the impression that all comments help.I think google recognizes those as well and it will translate into dollars.
Hi Phyllis. Your comments on my blog are very beneficial and very much appreciated. Thank you very much. I hope to see you again and also to offer comments to any new blogs you may have written.
What I am talking about here is the 'site feedback' feature. This is where members pay with credits to get their site's critiqued in terms of function, look, workability, content, layout, affiliate placement, etc. etc.
I was hoping to get advice from more experienced members on how to improve my site so that it will attract and retain more viewers for longer periods of time. In that way, they will be more likely to purchase some of the items advertised.
There is no doubt that 'content' is king, and that is where site comments are very useful and appreciated.
However, site feedback helps us to learn how to improve our sites to attract visitors so they can read the content.
I hope I have explained this correctly.
Kind regards
Andrew
