Finally Monetized!
Well I finally got to the point of adding banners to my site today. Very long day doing the training, writing and fiddling with content, searching affiliate options, signing up to CJ and Amazon etc. Tried and missed a few times getting the banner links copied over to my site but worked it out in the end! Had a false start when I joined an affiliate program, was very happy with the banners etc, pasted what I wanted to my pages, thought how good it all looked only to get an email from the company and hour after I had finished telling me they had suspended the affiliate program TODAY! Back to WordPress to remove all the banners and start again. Haha. Dont give up!

Andrew, thanks for this post. Whenever I'm frustrated for similar reasons, it helps to recognize that others run into this stuff, too. And most of you are quite a bit younger than me, so I'm doing alright for an old lady!

Haha. Cheers Rori. Yes, I have been struggling a bit but I found that after a short break and laying in bed thinking about things for a while, I can come back to it fully energized again. Feels really good to get that step of placing a coupel of banners on the site, thats for sure.
