I need to be able to see when my current subscription expires and next billing period occurs, where can I do that?
At the very bottom of the column on the left hand side of this page is "Account Settings". You can find the information there.
Thank you, but I already looked there and it only tells me when my last payment was done. Not when the next billing period occurs.

I need to be able to see when my current subscription expires and next billing period occurs, where can I do that?
It should occur 30 days from the date you last paid. I would give yourself a few days of leeway beforehand if you plan to fund your account or cancel.

I change my old domain to a new domain via redirect, do I need to resubmit XML sitemap to webmaster tools, and make a new property in google analytics?
You'll need to add your new website to Google Analytics and search console/WMT, which will have a new sitemap as well.

I have an old post I want to move so it can be a submenu item under a main menu, will that effect the ranking?
Yeah, you'll be fine. In fact, if it's in the menu, increased traffic to the pay may have a positive effect on ranking!
If url is not changed, there will be no effect. This is all local organization. But you do not have to move it, just add it properly in the main menu without changing url. It can be in several places in the same time.
