Is anyone advertising their services on UpWork formerly E-lance?

If so, have you had luck uploading your thumbnail pdfs/samples? I can't figure out why they only show up in the very bottom of the space. Like two-thirds of the "container box" is totally blank. Then, my pdf shows up in the very bottom 1/3.
