Achieve Results and Success with a plan

Dear Friends,

We are in pursuit of success of our goals within WA and in general in our lives. The path to achieving this success can be varied and may be decided as per our own choices.

In my view there are some key fundamentals that guide us in this exercise which I would like to share.

• Vision: This defines our target position of where we would like ourselves to be at a certain point in the future. It is important to have a vision as it is the starting point and reference that drives our entire effort.
• Analysis: Analysis of the present and requirement of the future provides for the inputs required to bridge the gap. The tools required to carry out the analysis may be known to us or else we need to ensure that the correct tools are available and the correct data are used to carry out the analysis.
• Process: Defining the right process to arrive at the desired goals as defined by our vision is very critical. The process needs to be outlined systematically and we need to review and provide for the needed resources for the process to be implemented in a streamlined manner.
• Success: Success as the outcome or the result of a clear vision supported by proper analysis and process to achieve the end result is a satisfactory conclusion of all our aims and efforts.
