Changing XML Site Map FrequenciesSome Pages not being Indexed
1
I have been having some difficulty using the Google Search Console. I looked at the site map that I submitted and it shows that on some of my URLs, the frequency is listed as weekly and some are listed as monthly. What exactly does this mean? I tried to go to the All in One SEO on my site to change it, but am unsure of how to do it. Also, some of my pages are being indexed and some are not. This is getting very frustrating. I have researched and found some tutorials, but none of them seem to completely fix the issue. If anyone has some tips on how to fix these issues, it would be greatly appreciated.

The SEO plugin creator has set those times by default according to google protocols. Changing the time frame will not make Google index more of your pages. The priority is relative to your own content, which content you consider more important than others.
Here is what you can do:
1. Write good content and submit the URL each time you publish a new post in search console here:

2. "noindex, follow" admin/utility pages such as the privacy policy, contact page, etc. as google does not want those indexed in search.
3. Analyze pages that are not indexed - do they have images, internal links, comments, social shares. broken links, too short or thin content, mixed http/https content. Fix those as they apply to both indexing and ranking.
4. If the post has been published for a while and not indexed, use Fetch URL in Search Console and request indexing. ~Jude
Ok. Thanks.
