That's a well written article. Why didn't you publish that on your own site? Do you not plan to write more articles?
People worry about publishing a website with too little content on it but, new sites take time to be indexed and by the time your site starts to show up in the search engines, you could easily have a decent amount of content on it.
Many experienced marketers here at WA are RUNNING from squidoo because it's not very beneficial to YOUR business.

I know starting my own site would be better in the long run but by making articles like this first i get some good writing practice (I have never written an article before)
in a few weeks when i feel my writing is good enough i will start working on my own sites
I can understand that but, you can always improve old articles if you're not happy with them. The sooner you get those articles on your own site, the sooner you can start receiving traffic. Trust me, your writing skills are fine :)
If you wait until YOU feel your writing skills are good enough, you will never do it.
I don't mean to lecture you here, I just hate to see you adding good content to sites that won't benefit YOU.
