I truly love my new occupation of travelling whilst I build a business online - there is so much to learn that there are days when I feel trapped in limbo. So how do I move on? After an afternoon cooking up a storm in the kitchen - giving me thinking time, I logically thought to use the tools of my trade and ask ChatGPT for an images and outline;

The Quicksand of Change

Compare the feeling of being stuck in limbo to sinking in quicksand— the more you struggle, the deeper you sink.

Share personal anecdotes or humorous observations about times when you felt like you were sinking in the quicksand of change.

Introduce the idea that acceptance and adaptation are key to escaping the grip of limbo.

The Limbo Dance of Decision-Making

Explore the comedic side of decision-making paralysis, likening it to attempting the limbo dance without knowing when to bend or when to stand tall.

Offer practical tips for breaking free from the limbo dance, such as setting clear goals, seeking advice from trusted sources, and embracing the inevitable uncertainty of life.

Share a funny story or two about decision-making mishaps you've encountered along the way.

The Roller Coaster of Emotions

Illustrate the roller coaster of emotions that accompanies major life changes, from excitement and anticipation to fear and doubt.

Inject humor by comparing emotional ups and downs to riding a roller coaster with unexpected twists and turns.

Discuss the importance of self-care and maintaining a sense of humor during turbulent times.

The Maze of Moving Forward

Paint a picture of the maze-like journey of moving forward, complete with dead ends, wrong turns, and unexpected detours.

Offer insights into finding your way out of the maze by trusting your instincts, learning from mistakes, and embracing the adventure of exploration.

Share a humorous anecdote about getting lost in a literal or metaphorical maze and finding your way out against all odds.

Conclusion:

  • Wrap up with a lighthearted reminder that being "trapped in limbo" is a temporary state of being, and that with patience, perseverance, and a touch of humor, it's possible to navigate the challenges of moving on.
  • Encourage readers to embrace the journey of self-discovery and growth, even when the path forward seems unclear.
  • Leave them with a parting joke or witty remark to send them off with a smile.

WOW! So my take on this is that I'll continue to go head-first into building my business in WA and call on the community's support and generosity to help me forward. Because I never know when I can do the same for someone else

From my sailing experience, I know that the weather changes and never stays the same, similar to my mood or how my day starts. So onward and upward to blue skies and fair wind sailing with a hunky bloke to sail with in between my studying and writing career - well ok that isn't him but it's very close!

Life's not half bad when I have a good look at what I've learned and get creative with the tools...and before I know it I realise that I really can do this!

My memory is improving, the lessons are sticking and when I apply myself to the task at hand, even if it is for only short bursts of time - I'm getting someone with my plan.

I'm remembering what I read last night on chat and message strings on blogs about optimizing my website and it's starting to make sense - simplify, streamline, and strategize. It's like untangling a knot; the more you simplify, the clearer the path becomes. Returning to lessons and working my way through the most technical is the first step.

Not to mention we now have lemon, and lime marmalade, spelt bread, and Malay roti - cooking is my inspiration!

Here's what I got from AI when I said "You're awesome, are you married?"

'Thank you for the compliment! As an AI language model, I don't have personal experiences or relationships, so I'm not married. However, I'm here to assist you with any questions or tasks you have!'
