Finally on Facebook!
It took me a very long time and still not used to using it properly! But my hand was forced due to joining a company and needing to get access to important training and support!
I am now back in touch with so many long lost friends as I have been in my own little bubble for far too long! Mainly due to health issues and wanting to hide away from the world!
I have set up a separate page for my business which is health, fitness and well being products but not really utilising it properly yet so need to learn more. I sure am in the right place.
Had a major setback last year when my mum had a bad accident on holiday in Mexico the 2nd night we were there. She had a bad fall, broke her shoulder and spent the rest of the trip in hospital after having a metal place put in. Months later and she is still recovering due to torn ligaments and tendon damage so it's been a tough few months.
My CFS came back with a bang so its been a mission getting back to normality again.
But hey ho, I'm an expert at bouncing back, I've had so much practice!
So 2016 is gonna be a fantastic year :)
