Frustrated and Beyond! Someone HELP!
About a week ago, I created another website via Wordpress, which I also purchased my domain name from there. Silly me, didn't come to my siterubix and start it here Opps my mistake. What a big mistake it seems too be. So I thought maybe if I can just point the site to WA hosting I will be ok. I put in the request last week, and in return I received an email stating that it would take 72 hrs. Now that was last Wed that I did that. Now fast forward to week later my site is still being hosted at wordpress. I am nowhere near website building savvy. I'm that chick that does copy-drag-drop, but I'm honeslty down to learn a thing for two.
Early today I took to Live Chat first seeing that siterubix says that if it's not a site that is currently on your roster of sites go to Live Chat and that I did. So I did get some great feed back from a few and I'm greatly appreciated. Which one actually pointed to support to see if they could actually transfer it for me since I'm not a web builder chick.
So feeling a little relieved that maybe finally I'm saved! Well NOPE! Not the case. I explained that is wasn't for the site I currently have with WA, but for another site http://fitfinefabulousforties.com. I told them what I was trying to do and that I wasn't too savvy with building sites. They replied back twice asking me if the website that I wanted to transfer was my current one empowering me, which I stated that it wasn't that one in my original message and in my respond.
I'm truly at my whits end with it. Someone please let me know what are my next steps to try to get this worked out. Or am I not using the right wording to explain it.

Amanda,
Typically WA support will help import your site to the servers here but will need some information first.
Like the URL and then they need to access you FTP (file transfer protocol) on your host. So, WP has a log in name and password to get to your control panel. That is whay the need. They will move the files from that server to this server and then point the DNS settings at the WA servers.
It can take a while to complete the entire process but if you don't know how to do it yourself support is your best bet.
I moved mine myself because support got impatient with me and I was frustrated just like you are.
Hope this helps... feel free to reach out if I can help further!

Thank you Stephen. I did give the url in my opening email and stated that someone told me that they would be able to help me in my quest. But I didn't give them my FTP. I guess I figure they will respond in a email asking for that information. WRONG on my part. LOL! I'm going to try to reach out to them again. Thanks for the ears(reading my blog) LOL! I will surely be calling on you for help.

Hi Amanda, this may not be the best solution but to save your frustration, and if you can afford it, you could purchase another domain name here at WA. I just checked for you and there are some similar domain names that you could get that do get some traffic. One I found was fit and fabulous forties, which would be quite easy to rank with and the .com is available.
Make sure that you follow Kyle's training as it is essential to your success.
Good luck
