Phone Verification PIN Rejected

Yesterday, I applied for Amazon affiliate Program and everything was successful until I got to the phone verification part where the PIN I entered was rejected. I'm sure it's the correct PIN, but I'm unable to verify my account by phone.
Has anyone experienced this? How did you resolve it?

You could start by contacting Amazon - and did you
check the PIN before submission we all do make
errors on occasion :(

I did. I even repeated the process just to make sure I entered the correct code. I will try to contact Amazon, thanks Susan.
I actually received the call Jimmy but when I entered the PIN using my phone's keypad, I was told that the code did not match my account.

No, I haven't experienced anything like this before but contact Amazon and see what they say and maybe you can get another phone verification pin and just make sure to double check the code number.
