Thanks WA People!
Well, within minutes of my sad, self-pitying post yesterday, I was overwhelmed with the response I received from several members of the WA community, who were kind enough to take the time to offer very useful words of advice and support. Just when I needed it most. So the community really does work! Thank you for the boost you gave me. Much appreciated.

Hi, Alan. I went back and read your post and, believe me, it wasn't a self-pity post by any means. One of the big roadblocks facing people is that they feel they have to be a writer to succeed. All you have to do is bang out your posts in a conversational manner. ...just like you're talking to someone. It works. One of tasks that Kyle sets up is to see how much you can write in 10 minutes. It's a great exercise. Pick a topic you like and start banging away.
The support you get here is worth the price of admission. These people are wonderful and have helped me every step of the way.
Compared to where I was when I started, I'm now an internet guru - hah!
I'm going to be following you and if you ever have any questions or want some feedback, just holler !
All the Best to you, Alan.
Warren
Thanks very much for the comments Warren. I will have a go Kyle's task too! Very happy to follow you back and will "holler" if I need to.
Regards,
Alan

Glad you have turned things around here Alan!
Thanks so much Kyle. Me too (glad I've turned things around!)
