I don't know if this gets in the right classroom but I really need to get some help from you all in a potential "gold mine".

Why don't you try and sell him you labour instead. Set up a quick site Rubix site with just headings and explain how you will promote the website through his You Tube chanel. Sell your idea and he may pay you to build it for him. When you turn it to a dot com later, he can always buy the site off you and take it over himself. Don't sell yourself short.
this is interesting. I will talk to him about this. if you get more thoughts about it, please add another comment. need all suggestions I can get. ^^

convince your friend of the benefit of doing a
partnership with you but I do not - and considering
he is not budging on the listening end I do not
see very much hope for a connection but you
never now others might have a solution for
you.
