In the Tampa Bay area all the influencers get invited to influencer events usually at restaurants where we meet other influencers. I met Tracy of Forking Around Town over a year ago at my very first influencer event and in our second meeting she asked me if I'd like to come on to her show for an interview. I dodged her for a full year because I felt I had nothing to say as a newbie.
A year later after hitting 10K Instagram follwers and having done several paid brand collaborations I felt more ready. The podcast came out on Friday, October 17, 2020. I was super nervous, but I got through it. I not only talked about my background, my Aloha Spirit Lifestyle, but I also reveal the method in which I grew my instagram account from 200 to 10K followers in a year.
If anyone gives it a listen please give me some feedback! I have another podcast I'm a guest on tomorrow and next month I have a Facebook Live show I'll be a guest on. A lot is happening so fast.
One thing I do get compliments on is my website. Although I have not kept up with blogging as much as I should, I did learn all of the elements of creating a well thought out website right here on Wealthy Affiliate. I think it's paying off! I'd better start monetizing it!
