Sails Are Up!
Well,Well,Well!!
3 Months in and 2 webisites are built and sailing the seas of the www ocean!
Ok so the sails are up and the wind is coming and now so is the traffic.. So I am building some momentum..What I have learnt to date is when sailing a boat the mast must be strong and the hull a sound structure to withstand the wind and rain.
Your website also needs to be strong, complete, sharp and user friendly - please also keep in mind your website is a journey not a destination. So often I here my website is completed or near completed..
A website is a living beast that needs the decks manned and cleaned, an ongoing post or two here and there, a new page, and also comments and questions answered efficiently to breath life into the SEO Ranking on the WWW!
Please do not rush your website structure for completion, otherwise the web ocean will eat you alive and dishearten you. Conversely please build a strong powerful vessel to fight the seas in all your glory so you can be proud! Then and only then will the money trickle in and eventually flow..
Ahoy Me Mateees!!
Best to you All:)

Hey Grant, awesome stuff! Yes I totally agree with you, we shouldn't rest on our laurels once we get our sites up. Rather, we should make a continuous effort to make it grow. That's how we continue to propel our ships forward.
Cheers,
Raphy

Grant, you're right about this. So many people think once something is written down it is set in concrete. I used to see this a lot with various Standards. People took them as gospel but in fact they are only guides.
Thank you for your kind words Helen - Your Right!
