I noticed that the posts that got indexed in my website had more than 200 in Traffic and less than 300 in QSR. It's just like what Kyle said.
There isn't really the 'best' combination. Such numbers will hugely vary. Just be sure that the keyword has got plenty of traffic and low QSR. Hope this helps!

The ideal would be getting some traffic of at least 100 and QSR low, under 100. However that is not always, that's why Kyle said we are to go for the lower #s too.
