Your current WP site is hosted elsewhere (GoDaddy, 1and1, etc.) You're going to have to move your current WP site over to Siterubix if you want to use the WA Site Manager. Take a look at the following link and see if it can provide some clarity for you.

Did you do the domain name change first at your domain name server? You have to transfer the DNS first of all.
Yes. You need to have the domain's settings (at your registrar) pointed at WA's servers (ns1.mywahosting.com and ns2.mywahosting.com) before you can create a site on WA. There can be a delay before the change in settings becomes visible to WA's servers. The delay (called "DNS propagation delay") can range from less than an hour up to a full day.
