Positive Affirmations - Motivational
Today's Top 5 - Motivational Affirmations:
- "Every choice I make leads to bigger and better opportuniites"
- "I find something positive about every situation"
- "I find optimistic ways of dealing with difficulties"
- "I find ways to praise others and offer helpful suggestions"
- "I find the best solutions to problems by listening and learning from others"
The most effective way to use affirmations:
- Each day at a designated time, or twice a day if preferred:
- Breathe deeply, as many as three breaths
- Inhale and exhale to a count of 5, or more if comfortable
- Stand directly in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eyes and smile. Say each phrase slowly and clearly, out-loud, so you can hear yourself
- Say the words with intent and concentrate on the meaning of each word, breathe deeply between each phrase, allowing the words to absorb and generate positive feelings
Over time, you will find your mindset shifting into more positive and supportive thoughts.
Write your thoughts and feelings in a journal so you can go back and review your progress. Be patient and committed to the process.
Create your own list of five or ten affirmations, which most closely align with you, and use daily.
Stay tuned for more of these, over the next month or so, to provide examples from which you can choose or create your own affirmations, as you wish.

I've been reading a book called, The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind, by Joseph Murphy. You remind me of him. I just disagree with his explanation of the being to whom we pray. Positively speaking to myself can seem really weird, but I notice it is helping. Thank you for your encouragement. I don't want to ask for exact numbers, but is your style of hypnotism pricey?
Hi Cathy, the subconscious mind is an amazing, powerful resource that few utilize and even fewer understand.
We are constantly learning more about how the brain works and it is clear, that what we call the subconscious, is relevant and plays an important role in who we are.
Through therapies, such as hypnosis, we are able to access or reprogram those negative, controlling thoughts and replace them with positive beliefs which represent the present rather than the past.
Pricey is a relative term ... however most hypnotists offer a free consultation to discuss their process and cost.
Feel free to send a private message if you wish to explore further.

Great!
It's true, using positive affirmations can help us to change the way we apprehend moments that seem difficult and sometimes insurmountable. Staying positive is a huge strength, I practice it every day and I must say that I have never found myself in insoluble problems again. This does not mean that I have no problems, it is just that I always look at what I can get from it positive and it works for me.

hi Allan! You just made my day with this! At the almost end of winter my mood really needs some cheering up and you brought in the right thing here... I believe very much in positive affirmations and in the power of our subconscious in general and I think it is important to always encourage people to do so either.
Thank you!
Hi Daniela ... thanks for your wonderful feedback, very happy it has helped to cheer up the "Winter Blues"! A positive mindset can make a huge difference.
Best wishes
