Hi, everyone. My name is Ali, and I have just joined the Wealthy Affiliates community through Nat @ RagstoNiches.
I am living with Fibromyalgia, Psoriasis and Osteoarthritis, plus Menopause. Always a struggle, and can often make me sad/frustrated/anxious.
Creating online, learning new skills and generally distracting myself really helps the days to pass quickly. It is a difficult balancing act to cope with my symptoms/need for rest, whilst running our large/old farmhouse and helping hubby with a constantly-developing farm business/being a landlord.
Matched Betting was very successful for me, but I have moved on now to Amazon KDP - where I can use my creativity.

Welcome! I have autoimmune issues such as hashimotos and arthritis related to autoimmune. I have been on the AIP diet since october and it had been a blessing. I am so much better.
Hi. Any diet changes haven't helped me in the past (apart from avoiding a few things that I am sensitive to). Not heard of the AIP Diet. Will look into it. Thank you.
There are no guarantees that is for sure. I was sick for two years and this diet made a huge impact for me. I also drink bone broth for my joint issues.
