Could be your theme go to a more basic theme and might be your plugin jetpack it could be alot of things..

I would like to have an option for people to beable to create accounts on my website. A login option how do i do this?
When you install your contact form on your site that should give your viewers the option to create emails, accounts or how you want to set it up. I use contact form 7 on my site, just download it from back end in WordPress. Good luck!
