Hi everyone!
So I just had a quick question. When I try to do a search on my mini iPad, the drop down feature doesn't work like it does on my phone/computer. A
Anybody have any ideas? Is this just a glitch in the system or do I maybe need to update something on my iPad?
sometimes this happens with all mobile devices...type in your search into the search bar at WA...then press enter....(nothing will happen at this stage) then put your cursor back at the end of your previously entered text in the search bar and delete one or 2 letters...suddently search will happen. Dont ask me why..but this works for me everytime
Hello Alex, It can depend on your theme, Some theme do not support mobile devices/Ipads fully, Before installing a theme make sure you have a look and it should tell you, Any other problems feel free to ask :)

I'm not talking about my website. I'm talking about WA's search function for the training/answered questions at the top of the screen. Thanks!

I can confirm this is still happening now. I think its probably something to do with how the browser handles javascripts but I am no expert :-)
Would be nice to see this fixed as I use my iPad for WA quite a lot.
