"If You Build It, They Will Come" - My first 21 Days!

Although I've only been part of the WA community for 21 days, I've tried my best to go through all of the various training levels with enthusiasm and determination, absorbing as much information and applying all that I have learned.

So where am I now?

My niche website, www.crueltyfreeshaving.com, is a four page website with five blog posts, averaging 1,200 words per post. Throughout the Content Creation and Web Development process I've made the conscious effort to create content using low-competition keywords, and have worked diligently to follow every step of the training.

I'm very happy to report that my site has been indexed in Google, and although there are many aspects of the site that still need improvements (lots in fact), overall I'm very happy with the solid foundations I've built.

The Challenges!

I'm definitely no expert when it comes to using Wordpress, because I've struggled with using it many times, but one of the main benefits to being part of a community like Wealthy affiliate, is the ability to access the collective expertise of a really knowledgeable and experienced community -- it's been genuinely inspiring! I would have really struggled to get this far without all your support.

It's easy to stumble and fall when you're learning anything new for the first time, but it's a necessary part of the process. There's been many times where it all seemed a bit too daunting, but I've personally found that having the right attitude, mindset, and by keeping my goals in-mind, I was able to push forward and get to this point.

Plans for the future

I plan to have many more blog posts on my site in the next ten days, and will continue to look for ways to improve the look and functionality of my site also.

One thing's for sure though, I'm really enjoying the challenge of building my niche website, and will continue to work hard until I reach page one on Google. I feel proud about what I've achieved so far, and hope you'll join me during the next phase of my journey.

I'd like to ask all of you to leave comments about my content, the design/template used, and any other suggestions you may have about my site. Your feedback is valuable, and will really help me to improve the site in ways I can't even imagine.

Thank you so, so, much.

Kind Regards,

Alexis
