I hope you have had a great week?

I had a busy week and am having a busy weekend at Strategy Implementation Live property event in Birmingham UK with Simon Zutshi and the Property Investors Network team #SILIVE2024.

Simon Zutshi is the UK´s top property investment trainer and his PIN organisation has around 50 meetings in the UK as well as 2 in the Netherlands and 1 in Dubai, and shortly 1 to occur in Brazil. The PIN organization holds virtual Global Property Investors Network meetings as well.

The principles of property investment apply worldwide, so it is no surprise that the organisations reach is growing.

Most of the investors either online or in the room were interested in investing in UK property, but not all. There were some case studies from other countries as well especially the UAE. Some of the mastermind students apply their knowledge in other countries rather than the UK or in addition to the UK. I can recall previous case studies from Germany and Switzerland.

Simon Zutshi invited some great speakers to the stage including Chris Cook a past Olympic swimmer and record holder who gave an amazing talk about mindset and about simplifying what you do best by focusing on less in order to become better and eventually the best at what you do.

The students themselves were inspirational, especially some case studies from young property investors who had achieved great things despite having no money by interesting investors in what they were doing, thus proving that if you can find the right deals then the money will find you.

A popular strategy to get started is to rent property from someone on a long term basis, then rent it out for short-term rentals (Airbnb style), thus you dont need a lot of money for deposits to buy property, you may just need to furnish the property and ensure it is in good decorative order, which is far less demanding of capital.

Simon Zutshi has a proven system for property investing and encourages all his mastermind students to follow this system and trust the process in order to acquire a $1m property portfolio and $50k of profit from this portfolio. Some people manage this within the 1 year property mastermind programme, whereas others may take 2 years or even more. It is not a race, as it is important that the deals are right, not rushed and wrong. Property involves the potential for high monetary gains if you get it right, but the losses can also be high if you get it wrong.

Simon Zutshi applies the following guiding principles from his book Property Magic, 6th Edition, which are:

1) The Property must provide equity from day 1.

2) A good area of high rental demand.

3) Positive Cash Flow.

4) Ability to add value.

5) Low capital required (or left in the deal).

6) High Return On Investment.

Simon Zutshi encourages you to dream big and follow your dreams, and is a freind and follower of Dr Benjamin Hardy in the US, author of many books including 10 xis easier than 2x etc. Mindset is the key to what you think you can do, and therefore what you can achieve.

Since I started to learn from PIN I have become more involved with the PIn network and community, which I believe is the best in the UK, and the most ethical of property trainers.
