I'm just three followers short of hitting my mini milestone of 100 subscribers on my YouTube channel. Should hit it by the weekend then it's on to my next goal of 250 subscribersExciting times ahead! :)

Wow! I've just checked my profile and it says I have 6.1K followers at Wealthy Affiliate I've been here since October 2012 so I wonder how many of those six thousand followers are still active members?Still a great achievement though and I'm honoured thank you all :)

Well the last couple of years have certainly brought some major changes to my life and been a time of deep reflection and soul-searching for me.I turned 60 two years ago, the long term contracts that I had looking after and managing some local clients websites all came to an end rather abruptly which left a big hole in my income and after a couple of major health scares I decided just to take a whole year off and enjoy spending some quality time with my wife and twin daughters.I have to say chi

WordPress have just released an important 4.9.7 security and maintenance update because of a media issue in the earlier 4.9.6 version that could allow a user to delete files outside of the uploads folder.If you don't have automatic security and maintenance updates activated you're strongly advised to update immediately.Seventeen other bugs have also been fixed with this update.Full details here: https://wordpress.org/news/2018/07/wordpress-4-9-7-security-...

I've just started running some Facebook Ads again and I noticed a new feature in my Ads Manager call "Learning"I'm not sure if anyone else has seen this as I think it's fairly new but basically what it means is that Facebook is testing different placements of my advert to find which is the most effective based on the optimization I have chosen.So for example: I've chosen to optimize my ads for link clicks and left the placement on automatic for now until I can see where it's actually converting
