I hired someone!

Hey guys! It's been a while since I posted but my focus has been with online courses and it seems to be taking up a bit of my time.

I also did an evaluation of my business and saw that i could afford to hire someone to help me with the back office of the website so I did! And it has proven to be so worth it. It frees me up to focus on what I love, which is writing. I will look at hiring another person in June because I can see the benefits.

Here's what I did:

1. I made a list of jobs that were time consuming
2. I created a role and wrote a job description
3. I placed an ad in student job search
4. Then hired someone perfect for the role!
