I can't really say that it is more difficult. Have you analyzed your geographical searches in google analytics to see where most of your traffic is coming from.? Do you have a Facebook page set up for your business? This is a great way to manage your traffic as you can target traffic specifically for the U.K. Hope this helps.

Hi there, no haven't got round to a Facebook page yet? Have you seen much traffic coming through form it? Its mostly US visitors i have on my site at the moment, maybe i should start to cater more for them
Yes I actually have gotten good traffic by joining Facebook Groups pertaining to my niche.
