Don't install Jetpack if your not familiar with it.
`have you ever came across to this situation where join wealth affiliate and faced the same problem i faced with this Superman guy?
while in, not a good writer but I would like to share my 5 days experience as a premium wealth affiliate. I started by creating my website as everyone else does but here is the problem as soon as you visit your live website you will come across this plugin already installed in your WordPress and it really has all great features that you wouldn't hastate activating it.
as soon as I activated it I never saw my first website again but since I was new I didn't realize that this was the cause until I had almost like 5 trails and at last thanks to rubix for the support that they gave me concerning plugins.
so my advice would be not every plugin with great description is really great for your site before you install and activate a plugin make a research about it because you might lose what you have been working for so long with a single click.
there a great blogger in here with a great article that would help you at no cost so don't hastate asking for help when your stuck thanks for checking out my first ever blog post lol.

Best not to install it at all. JetPack is blacklisted on WA servers.

but from experience, this happens when you host your website with WA because I have been using it on other sites ...I think the only reason it doesn't work it because it disables WA from accessing your web info.
