I am trying to get used to WA. Believe it or not, I am not used to FB or any other social network, and WA is social for sure!
So that's something I will learn here lol
I just hope I can be useful to others here, especially affiliates on their first ventures.

Ahhh, I'm the same as you, I'm not a FB or any other kind of social network person either.
I've found WA to be quite unique in that I'm getting to know other people in a 'work' or 'business' sense rather that talking about what we did on the weekend or what my clever cat just did. All that stuff seems pointless to me - but that's just me!
I reckon if you can stick it out here you will find a lot of people that are looking for your particular skill set, it's very unique.
Stick around, I'm sure you'll 'fit in' just perfectly.

Yes, back in the days I spent countless hours in front of the computer and I thought I'd better rest my eyes than check what others did over the weekend, as you say, and spend another fast two hours lloking at the screen.
With that my FB time passed by I guess!
In my opinion, social networks can be very useful for a business. However, a bad (and angry) customer can harm incredibly a business as well with negative comments on the business' profile... and there you have another extra headache.
It can even be a competitor!
That's the main reason why big companies have community managers. To control that kind of stuff and promote the business while eluding bullets.
So... unless they are directly useful... not for me!
But yeah, I guess that's just me... and you! lol
