Am I Hurting Myself?

This is about the reviews I write on my website. Whenever I write a review about a product, I have a segment called "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
At this point, I go over the positive aspects of a device, why consumers love it so much and then I point out negative issues that they might run into as well.
When I receive comments, sometimes people say things along the lines of "I was thinking about buying this product but based on your review, I'll look for something else". Granted, I do have some people that appreciate the honesty but still say they plan to buy said product, regardless of the negative aspects.

I'm the same way. If something is 4 stars, I'll look at the negative reviews, but I'll still buy it. Even if something is 3 stars, I'll get it, but it can't be an electronic device. Electronics have to be 4 or more stars in my opinion.
I wonder about those people whose mind I've supposedly changed. My website is still new, so I'm not getting much traffic, but when it increases, will my format do more harm to my profits than good?
I do the most honest research I can to get the information out to the consumer but I wonder if I'm shooting myself in the foot when I point out too many of the negative issues.
