My experience with WA
Hello everyone,
I'm very pleased to blog about my experience with WA and my needs for the moment.
I produced web sites in the past and I always ask people to do things for me. Not anymore, and It feels good to be here. I still have a long way to go but that is ok. I'm willing to put in the hours as I have been since I joined this awesome community. I finally got to put matters into my own hands and I thank WA as well as the rest of the community.
I'm planning on converting an Html site of mine into word press here with WA. But before I start, I would like to get some guidance from the community who already have experience with Html and word-press to save me some time without going nut.:)
- Would you be so kind and give me all the steps that I would need to take to do that?
- Any tips on how to convert my Html site to word press without loosing my Google ranking?
- Once I start working on it, any special plugins that I need to download?
Any help concerning the subject would be great.
Thank You All,

Hell friends,
I just would like to report the following guidance I have received from (ChrystopherJ Premium Plus Top 50) to tip off others.
"You can not directly convert a HTML Website to a WordPress Website.
What you can do though, is to build a new WordPress website using the free SiteRubix subdomain, and copy & paste all of the content and images over to it, until you are happy with how it looks.
Then you can use a 301 Redirection plugin to map the old filenames to the new filenames.
Once you are happy, you can then change the Nameservers for your domain name to point to WA. Once pointed, you can use the Move button within SiteManager to move your new website from the SiteRubix subdomain to your actual domain name.
Hi Akim I think you have three routes.
One contact Site Support and tell them your intentions for them to guide you as this I believe requires more advanced technical expertise.
Second ask the question to the wider community through the Help function - Ask a Question.
Or thirdly engage external expertise convert the site to WP and then transfer.

I already asked both support and Jay and they referred me to blog about it to seek help from the community. So here I'm. I know for sure that I will need to redesign it in word-press and do all the 9 yards just like if building a new word-press site. But my concern is mostly tips on how to keep my ranking with Google if there is away. Second,
Thank You O1H,

Another Solution I got from Tom Hackerist Premium Top 200
@AElanbassi
Two options:
You can use this plugin https://cms2cms.com/blog/make-right-move-html-wordpress-converter-plugin/
I've never used it, but it has good reviews. It will cost you about $15 for 10 pages, so not too bad.
The other option is to follow the steps provided here:
https://www.wpexplorer.com/migrate-website-wordpress/
(check this out and use WA as your web host).
