Starting Over

Good Morning Community!

It has been a very long time since I have posted anything. I started my blog about buying guitars online and ran into a few snags. First I realized that with Amazon, buying guitars is not the same as buying books or any other mass produced products. Once the guitar is sold the link is now dead. So having to go back through my posts to update links was far too time consuming.

On top of that, video reviews have a far better credibility aspect when choosing the right guitar and again, that is far too time consuming.

So, as Mike Tyson once said, "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth".

Time to switch gears and start over.

This time I will be focusing on a topic that is incredibly fascinating to me, and with tons of materials on the subject, I don't think I will have any issues with links or having to update the links.

As a Mortgage Advisor for one of the top 5 banks I am consistently speaking with Realtors and the Self Employed and there is a very distinctive mindset that these people have that some do not. Even in our industry and over the last 4 years I have seen many advisors come and go. Some stick others do not.

I even had a very interesting conversation with my Area Sales Manager about this, and it really boils down to a specific "entrepreneurial" mindset that some insticntively have, that keeps them at the top of their game.

So with that, I will be creating a new blog/website and since it has been so long with the training, I will be going back to the beginning with this new idea in toe.
