Another 2 weeks, One Month in, and Here's Where I Am At.
Perhaps this is way for me to procrastinate on what I need to, or maybe I am just getting the juices flowing to write another post on my website.
Maybe I am just wanting to share because I just received an email from my Mentor Eric...
Or maybe, just maybe, I just feel the need to share...
Either way I will recap on what I have discovered here at WA because sometimes I feel like Kyle and the gang created this portal, this environment, this training, what ever you want to call it, specifically for me.
It sounds narcissistic I know but I am being truthful. To be part of such an amazing group of people (and yes I am speaking to you too!) that all share the same dreams and hopes, who all share the same entrepreneurial mindset, who all essentially want the same things...
To do what we love and get paid well for it!
I don't have any success story to share per se, I haven't made any money at this yet, and honestly I don't care. My website is shaping up to be something that can become something truly amazing and sharing with people my passion for music and getting a chance to learn more about my niche keeps the creative energy's flowing.
I have learned more about guitars in the last 4 weeks than I have in the last 40 years. It's interesting to me to understand how guitars work, learning how the types of wood affects the sound of a guitar and being able to understand what makes quality instruments.
After visiting a local guitar shop to talk to the owner about some of his guitars and I tell you I had way deeper appreciation for the instruments that he was selling, we spoke a different language, it was awesome!
Understanding the Organic Traffic
I now understand that there are ways in which one can drive traffic to their website, some use Facebook ads, other use google ad words, and others like WA like to use organic traffic.
I am a big believer in the turtle race, especially when it comes to sales, marketing and blogging, because, we as human beings have a tendency that when we have huge success too quickly, we become complacent.
There's nothing wrong with that, it just is so when someone finds great success using Facebook ads to generate a large some of money (and I have known people who have done that), we tend to want to sit back and enjoy the fruits of labor until we run out of money and have to the whole thing over again.
I believe in consistency and that's what I am receiving here and this is what I am excited bout.
And just to be fair, I have learned more about affiliate marketing in the 4 weeks doing this part-time than I did doing this full time for 2 years.
Kudos to you Kyle, Eric and everyone here at WA.
I enjoy being on this journey with you, and sharing with you and learning from you and with you.
Cheers, to you and being the best human being you can be!
