Having a strong sense of confidence results from a consistent and conscious committment to attaining concise, crystal clear goals. Being confident is just about the most important thing you can be.

• Be really clear about exactly where you’re going.
• Stop often enough to reassess your direction, as it’s so easy to lose your track in the everyday fog of modern life.
• Live every moment in the moment, and never ever stop striving to attain your goals.
• Don’t regret the past or anticipate the future. It just isn’t worth the energy, and all you do is skip the present!
