This is a great tool to enforce the suggestion to just keep pressing on. I thank you as today I needed that. It's funny how I used to think my high school buddy's mom was a little fruity for walking around saying stuff like "cease the day"!, where as now I can see what she was trying to instill into our teenage heads.
