No data for my website after 15 post, what do l do?
If those are new posts, they may not be indexed and ranked yet. This can take weeks unless you use Fetch option in Webmaster.
I assume you are asking about traffic.
Do you mean no traffic? If so just keep on posting and it will come. Watch those keywords too :)

No SEO Title for all my Post, please what do l do?
When you edit post/page, there is SEO part below where you add meta title and meta description. This is SEO title which you are asking about.
It's best to include your keyword either in your article's title or within the first few sentences so that it'll be indexed in search results. If you weren't doing that in the past, you can certainly edit your titles or just make sure that you're doing this moving forward.
