Another Course Completed
Just finished with Course 2. Great stuff - lots learned but so many questions still needing answered. Kyle, Jay and the rest of the members of WA have been tremendous in helping and I'll continue to look for everyone's help and support moving forward.
Our site is progressing nicely and we would love it if you would check us out at redsorwhites.com and drop us a comment!
Keep up the good work everyone and thanks for everything!

Awesome work Adam!
The site looks great and well built out with good content. Nice and clean. If I can give you a little constructive criticism (and it's so minor)... and it might be because I'm daft, but from a user experience point of view, the bold headings that you have underlined in the articles looked like they could be links so I was clicking on them. No big deal at all, but I thought I might get further information about the headings that were underlined expanded in other blog posts. So with that in mind, the links that you do have going to purchase pages are actually kind of hard to see because that dark blue blends in with the main text. You might want to find a way to highlight them a bit more, but of course it's up to you. Just a few thoughts. I don't mean to be picky, but I thought I'd run the idea past you.
Cheers,
Peter
Hi Peter -
Thanks for the insight and suggestions - we are still trying to make everything look more professional so we certainly appreciate any advice. Still trying to learn all the ins-and-outs of WP. I'll take a look and make sure that it is more clearly defined.
Thanks again - glad you enjoyed the site.
Hey - I went back to my website to fully understand what you were referring to - I knew that the "colored" text that I was using for the links was potentially difficult to see. But after looking at the pages I see what you mean - I think I'll just create internal links for the underlined text that you were referring to. Glad you pointed it out - I think it will add to the site!
Cool! Glad to be able to help! Having those underlined topics as further reading will also give you some more ranking depth in the eyes of Google. Any of those sub-topics would make great articles as well - like 'how to develop your taste for wine', 'what the shades of color in wine mean to you' and 'how to use your nose in wine tasting'. I like wine but I'm certainly not an aficionado, and I like that you have that 'comfortable' educational vibe. It's totally true that picking the right wine can be an anxiety producing situation if you don't know how! The more genuine education about the subject, the better! I think you're doing a great job.
I love those ideas - will work on getting some information on them! Thanks again
No problem. Glad it's helpful to you.
