California is drying out.
Is california in danger of a draught of epich proportions? Apparently it is.
According to people there, it seems like it's been getting dryer and dryer.
And for what?
From what I know about rain, fire, and weather, it's apparent that the weather has been manipulated and is causing all sorts of chaos all over the world. Not just California. |
The issue here is that there is no need for a drought when weather and made to occur. For example, with a cloud Buster, you could cause it to rain even if there are no clouds nearby.
This is done by the accumulation of orgone energy, "discovered" by Willhelm Reich back decades ago.
You could also use Stratospheric Aerosol Injection to create clouds, though this is a terrible way to do it since that causes all kinds of crap to come down on people and rain poison as well as pollute the ground, people and animals.
Another thing you could do is spray the air and create steam(with pure H20, then use weather manipulation tactics to create more moisture in the air.
All these things are being done on a regular basis, despite many people's objection to it being reality.
John Brennan has even admitted to this going on.
Universities are having programs to "stop climate change" by blocking out the sun.
Geoengineering is reality.

Why isn't anything being done to actually help california with water?
Can we get any help to our friends and neighbors in California?
We could also tap into Primary water - the water below the lakes, and "earth's surface" trapped deep beneath the Reservoirs - Primary Water studies and institution
Muammar Gaddafi tried to do this but he's not here anymore - so we could do it now when there's a clear and present need.
Anyway, are there any more ideas?

There are some youtube videos on how Israel is making their desert s bloom by making fresh water from the Mediterranean Sea. It has been about a year since I watched the video, so I have forgotten the details. It should be easy to find by doing a search. Maybe California should check it out.

California does not have a water problem, fly over this state and you will see enough water to raise the level of the oceans by half a meter. Californian has a miss management problem, the key to that is Government! One can not expect 10,000 people to live off of one liter of water a day, yet that seems to be the reality here. California is beautiful, our elected officials seem not to be so much so.
I don't even live there, and I can totally agree with that one! The government there mismanages everything, Scott!
I can do it for a dollar, in one day. Government, one year, 500 grand! Same darn service. We have water, lots of it. Oil, we also got, lots of it. However??
I know what you mean, Scott! California is rich in resources, but to hear the politicians speak--it's a third world country!
So Scott is it more of an infrastructure distribution problem? And why has it not been attended to? Is it cost?
I am going to say money, for one can plainly see we are running low on water, or so they say, yet keep building more and more housing. Every person uses about 300 gallons a day, times how many are in a house, plus the laundry machine, water the yard, swimming pool in the back yard. Yet they keep building knowing that there is only so much water. It is the fees, tax income, and jobs it creates that is sooner or later come to an end in a bad way.
Southern California gets most of its water from Northern California when they turn off that supply! Interesting how the government works here. Kinda like a child that can not understand that the cookie jar will end up empty.
Thanks Scott appreciate the feedback. And have there, to your knowledge, even been these cloud-busting strategies attempted as Justin suggests?
I totally agree with that too!
